Terms and Conditions for Give Away

Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of British Columbia who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and partners of Nordic Thermodynamics and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter
Entrants must complete the giveaway form on the Nordic Thermodynamics website on November 22, 2025. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted outside this date will not be accepted.

Prize
The prize is one Nordic Heated Stadium Seat. Battery / power bank is not included. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or substituted.

Winner Selection and Notification
A winner will be selected by random draw after the giveaway closes on November 22, 2025. The winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Nordic Thermodynamics may select another winner.

Contact information is collected solely for the administration of this giveaway and, if the entrant consents, for future marketing emails. Information will not be sold or shared.
